Class placement assignments are now available in your Parent Portal Account. You will be receiving Welcome communication from your child's teacher in the coming days.

Please join us on Tuesday, August 25th for our Annual Meet and Greet. Meet and Greet is an opportunity for students and parents to come in to school, meet their teacher and see their classroom, desk, locker/cubby, etc. You can drop in any time between 8:15 until 9:15 am. Teachers have a meeting scheduled with their grade level partners immediately after Meet and Greet.

Bus numbers, stop locations and routes will be on the South Windsor Public Schools website beginning on August 18th.

Each year families need to complete a Transportation Form for each student. If you haven't already completed it for the 26-27 school year, please see the link below for more information on how to access the form.

If you already know how to access the form, please go to your parent portal account asap and complete the Transportation Form for the upcoming school year.

I strongly encourage our families to review the emergency contacts that they have currently established in the Parent Portal/PowerSchool. Please consider adding additional friends, family, neighbors, etc. to your list of emergency contacts. If you choose to add or delete anyone from your list, please call Denise Dickstein our Office Clerk and she can help facilitate the changes.

Reminder to complete the following Annual Parent Update forms in PowerSchool:

All Incoming K families are welcome to join me at 5:00 pm on August 24th so your Kindergartener can take a bus ride with me. The bus ride is about 10 minutes around nearby neighborhoods.
